Discover new decorative blocks, hostile mobs, items, weapons, paintings and the trial chambers — a sprawling structure stuffed with traps and tricky combat challenges. Triumph to unlock exclusive loot, including unique banner patterns, music discs and smithing templates, as well as the heavy core needed to craft the mace, a new weapon that can be enchanted with three unique augmentations.
The trial update — also known as the Tricky Trials Update — arrives June 13 for Java Edition and Bedrock Edition, giving players new ways to explore their Overworld in immersive underground environments and test their combat prowess against tough new mobs and challenges. In addition to the trial chambers, this update adds a new mischievous mob called the breeze, which drops a breeze rod that can be used to craft wind-harnessing weapons. Players can also battle the bogged, a new skeleton variant that combines ranged attacks with status effects like infestation, weaving, oozing and wind charging.
Clinical trial records must be updated at least once a year, until final results are reported. Regulatory requirements require that updates to record components such as the date of completion of the last participant be submitted at the same time as the Statistical Analysis Plan (SAP). The PRS system also requires authors to submit a checklist with their SAP submissions. This checklist is based on the Guidelines for the Content of Statistical Analysis Plans in Clinical Trials published in JAMA. Authors can access the checklist here.
